Spirited Away Onsen Ducks Diffuser (Commissions & Kits)

Hello! 

This page is for all commissions regarding the Onsen Ducks:

• Diffuser
• Keychain Set

All commissions have 2 options and will include:

• Unpainted & Assembled:
  • 3D printed and primed for painting
  • Cleaned
  • Diffuser Specific:
    • The diffuser box prepared with bees wax (helps seal in the water and smells nice)
    • The diffuser electronic kit installed

• Painted & Assembled:
  • 3D printed 
  • Fully Painted
  • Diffuser Specific:
    • Waterproof finish on the paint
    • Diffuser box prepared with bees wax (helps seal in the water and smells nice)
    • Diffuser electronic kit installed

Timeline: 1-4 Weeks (Demand Dependent) 

Depending on the level of demand, all commissions may take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks to complete and be shipped. Rest assured, I will be updating you at every step of the way so you know where I’m at.

Damaged Goods & Return Policies (Please Read Carefully):

For UNPAINTED Commissions -

Refunds and returns (at your expense) can be issued within 30 days of receiving your item.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have simply changed your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

I personally inspect the quality of each piece that gets sent out. 

However, some issues may arise out of my control like shipping damages and so on.

If you’ve received your piece damaged in anyway please contact me through the chat function on the website and I’ll try and assist you there with a replacement.   

For PAINTED Commissions- 

There are no refunds or returns for this type of commission. 

This is because I print, paint and assemble all myself and make sure it’s in working condition before it’s sent out. There’s no way for me to take back the time it took to do all these things. 

However, some issues may arise out of my control like shipping damages and so on.
